エラー
[Wunderlist] 構成システムを初期化できませんでした。 --- System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException
タスク管理アプリのWunderlistのWindows版で、エラーが出て起動できなかったのですが、
「C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\6_Wunderkinder_GmbH\」フォルダを削除したら直りました。
■エラー
WunderlistのデスクトップアプリをWindows 8で利用していたのですが、
Windows 8.1にしたか Windows 8.1 Updateにしたかのタイミングで起動できなくなっていたようです。
Wunderlistを起動しようとすると以下のエラーメッセージがでてきました。
Wunderlist 2.3.0.31 (16b8d010)
Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0 (64 bit)
System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: 構成システムを初期化できませんでした。
---> System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: ルート要素が見つかりません。
(C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\6_Wunderkinder_GmbH\Wunderlist.exe_Url_naa3jfp1lo0wam1elqsl5esoeshhsyge\2.3.0.31\user.config)
---> System.Xml.XmlException: ルート要素が見つかりません。
「Wunderlist Windows Crash」で検索したら
Wunderlist Support CenterのURLがヒットしました。
その中の以下の場合に該当するようです。
Error message like: "An error occurred loading a configuration file: Unable to open file 'C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\6_Wunderkinder_GmbH\Wunderlist.exe_....\users.config"■解決法
Please do the following:
1.›Please remove the folder C:\Users\BP\AppData\Local\6_Wunderkinder_GmbH\ . (If you are not able to remove it, because it is locked by a running process, re-login to your Windows OS.)
2.›After the folder has been removed, start Wunderlist again.
つまり、「C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\6_Wunderkinder_GmbH\」フォルダを削除せよとのことです。該当フォルダを削除してからWunderlistを起動すると、正常に起動するようになりました。
アカウントの情報も保持されていたようで、入力しなおす必要はありませんでした。
初回起動時にPro版にアップグレードするといいよ、というメッセージがでてきましたが・・・
